We respond to every message within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, AEST). During busy periods it may occasionally take a little longer, but we read and answer everything.
To help us help you faster:
- Order questions — include your order number (it's in your confirmation email)
- Returns & refunds — see our Return Policy, then email us with your order number to get started
- Shipping & tracking — check the Track Your Order page first; if your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier
- Damaged or wrong item — email us a photo along with your order number and we'll make it right straight away
- Everything else — partnerships, feedback, book suggestions, or just to say hello: same address, we love mail
